A spokesperson for Barts Health said:
"We are continuing to treat 12 people at The Royal London Hospital following last night's incidents and our thoughts are with all those affected.
We would like to thank our dedicated staff who are continuing to ensure patients are well cared for, and the emergency services for their response.
