We want every patient, carer and family member to have a positive experience in our hospitals. Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can do better.

If you have a concern or a problem, our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is here to offer friendly, confidential support and resolve issues quickly. You can also share compliments and general feedback with them.

If your concern needs a formal review, our complaints team will listen carefully, look into what happened and provide a clear, fair response.
