Cancel your appointment or general questions
If you are not able to keep your appointment, or need further details, please tell us as soon as possible. Call the telephone number on your appointment letter or card. Your slot will then transfer to another patient.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) team gives free and confidential support, information, and advice. This is available to all patients and their relatives, friends, and carers.
