Michael Magbagbeola, Director of people
Prior to joining Newham Hospital as Director of People, Michael has held several senior HR organisational development roles spanning a 17 year career in the healthcare sector. Michael has a particular interest in community engagement and has worked across London boroughs to reduce unemployment, increase vocational experience and tackle health inequities.
He is also the founding director of the ‘Save The King’ charity which supports the homeless, imprisoned and sick across London and is a hospital and prison lay chaplain and college governor.
